I reopened the original request and merged it with your new request. I apologize for closing the request prematurely. The sort order was intended to be part of the November release. When I looked prior to closing the request, it appeared to be working in my account. As you reported it was not sorting in that default order in yours. It will be addressed as soon as possible though.
If you select filter criteria such as Status "not equal" to "cancelled" you just have to hit the search button again to apply the new criteria. I was able to filter out my cancelled broadcasts using the filters.

Can you give us a little more feedback on what you are specifically finding difficulty with on the order page? There were a few issues with it initially, but we believe they have been corrected now.
The Products Ordered tab will now show everything you could previously see on the single page view.
The Shipment Tracking tab is a click away when you get to the orders page. The old page also required a click to enter tracking because it was a pop up. The tab view should allow you to stay on that Shipment Tracking tab as you page through orders while entering tracking information. There was a minor issue with the paging that has been corrected since the release. We think this should be faster for users to enter tracking numbers since they can page through without clicking and tab through the tracking information section.
Also, if you want to continue to enter just one tracking number per order we made that the default on the Shipment Tracking tab.
The order notes is completely new functionality.
Please let us know what is causing you the frustration so that we can take a look. We were careful not to disrupt anyone's current process while adding some much needed functionality. That being said, we did have at least one omission that has already been fixed. If you let us know what is wrong we will do our best to help.
