This can easily be accomplished using our media library to host the file, and a custom form to get the information you require.
You can either deliver the link to the free download in the autoresponder, or on the thank you page after they fill out the form. Your file will be delivered from your Media Library when they click on the link.
We offer a special service for those clients requiring a greater degree of domain continuity in their email.
Contact our Client Services department to discuss dedicated IP/Domain mail. Not only will your email links such as optin and optout reflect the domain you choose, but all of your email will be sent using your domain, and an IP address dedicated to only you.
This strategy should be readily accomplished by creating two separate products:
The first, the full amount for the product up-front.
The second would use recurring billing to facilitate the "multi-pay" scenario.

The "Cancel" page does do exactly what you have described. The customer may pick and choose which autoresponders they wish to be removed from, or they may choose to remove themselves entirely.

We had anticipated this desire when we designed Upsell Express, however, we also have some planned changes to Bundle Offers as well.
The changes that are slated for Bundle Offers will ultimately allow you to use a bundle in Upsell Express.
We started the research phase of this in Q4 of 2009, and plan to start actively building within Q2 of this year.
We do not have a firm date for this change right now, but I will update this thread as soon as I have a solid answer for you.
Those are exactly the changes we intend to make.
So if I understand you correctly, the sign-up form should have two configurable thank you page destinations, which would be chosen based on whether or not the client already exists in your client database?
