We agree. The ability to offer gift certificates sounds like an excellent idea to increase sales.
We agree. We have been asking for this for maybe 9 years! The time an order is placed does not need to appear on order acknowledgement emails sent to us or our clients. By showing the wrong time (we are based in the UK too) it looks very bad on us. We have even had customers asking why their information is coming from a US server. PLEASE remove the time from the emails.
We agree. We have been asking for this facility since the tracking facility was put on the system. 1shoppingcart is geared towards US and Canadian clients but you also have clients in other countries. If you sell your cart in all countries so you should ensure its features are compatible.
We agree. It's not normally as straight forward as having to refund the customer the full price of a product. We also need to be able to refund shipping charges or particle shipping charges.
We agree. The current situation is a pain when customers want to change / add something to the order or select the wrong shipping option. To be able to change the details held on the system which inturn will change the invoice / packing list / emails would be great!
