  1. Make it possible to cross-reference via user profile which emails / broadcasts /etc people are actually clicking on.

    I send out broadcasts and autoresponders every day to client companies. In order to find out specifically if "Bob" has opened his email on any given day, I must troll through the list of names / results for each day's broadcast / autoresponder. Perhaps it is possible to have a fifth tab under each user profile that outlines their "history" in more detail, or something under 'analytics' which allows me to search on Bob's email address to see his history of email opens (rather than just orders).

  2. I need to see a list of all the emails a contact has been sent

    If I go into a contact, there is no list of the emails that have been sent to that individual. I have no way of tracking if they got the right email (or heaven forbid the wrong email). I need to see a record of all emails that contact has been sent.

  3. For link tracking, be able to gather the email prospects for those interested in a particular product. Currently not available - NEED it!

    I offer several products in an email and currently, though I can see the numbers of the folks clicking through to their interest, I cannot gather their emails to market this particular item again. Instead the system only allows me to get the list of ALL the folks that clicked through any link in the email...doesn't serve my purposes for target marketing unless there is only one offer in the email. Would love to have this...Constant Contact has had is for three years.

  4. Please change the default sort order on the Broadcast page

    I posted this a long time ago, "Please change the default sort order on the Broadcast page" and now it is marked as "Complete" and a note has been added to the post that changes have been made. However, the changes haven't actually been made and nobody seems to be monitoring the discussion thread under "Completed" posts. Please reference the original post.

  5. Autoresponder Opt In Reports

    It would be cool to have a dashboard view of all opt ins for all my autoreponders and then look at by day week or month.

  6. Who HASN'T opened an email in the last "X" weeks, months, years?

    I would like to be able to move my un-responsive (or non-active) clients to a separate list, or at least segment them in some way.

    Is there a way to find out who hasn't opened an email (from a broadcast or AR) in the last 12 months, or last 2 years?

    Is there a custom filter that I can use to find out, or any other way to know this? If not, could you consider adding this function?

  7. Add a listing for daily unsubscribers and the date they originally signed up.

    I would like to have a rough idea of the timeframe that some of my unsubscribers have been on my list. It would help me knowing whether they are folks that have been around a while or newly subscribed. It it were possible to generate a daily report with this information it would be very helpful.

  9. Outgoing email tracking for individual contacts

    On any individual contact record's page, I'd like to be able to see which emails have been sent to them through 1shoppingcart, including autoresponders as well as automated notifications such as "Payment Failed" notifications or requests to update credit card information. I'd like to be able to see if they are opening those emails and/or clicking links in those emails. Infusionsoft provides this ability.

    I'd also like to have the option to be blind copied on these emails and be notified when the customer clicks the link to update their credit card information.

  10. Full Subscribe/Unsubcribe reporting

    One of the things I do is track my opt-in rates for various ARs. It would also be good to track opt-out (unsubscribe) rates for those ARs as well.

    If I got a bunch of unsubscribes, I could see what emails I sent that may have driven people away (e.g. too many promotions)

    It would be ideal to do this for a given time period - say 1 month, 1 week, 1 year, etc.

  12. add a Link-Tracking Confirmation on the "Broadcast Confirmation" Page

    In the "Confirm Broadcast view," where the stats are listed at the top, such as: "recipients," "from" etc..., could you please make available a confirmation that link-tracking has been applied?

    Last week (Oct 28 -31), link-tracking did not work for me 4 out of 5 times.

    I have no faith that it will work when I hit "send email" as I was SO careful to make sure it was on in all the subsequent emails that followed the first one that didn't work. This is the only way I will be certain link-tracking is on.
