  2. fix the invoice columns so you can have long descriptions and your invoice still prints and looks ok

    Allow for long product descriptions to properly wrap in the description column without affecting the qunaity and the price columns so the invoice is readable to the average human being. Currently the system doesn't support properly long product descriptions.

  3. undo display change in order printout

    You made a change this week showing the name of an option, displaying it and the price increments on separate lines. This looks awful at our end when we print it out: The list gets unnecessarily long (orders now often spill onto a second page); looks messy; and worst, it shows the base price or zero and then an increment dollar amount which is irrelevant there, and confuses employees. Please revert back to what it was, nice and clean and had the same information.

  4. On the Orders Screen - We need to be able to Search by only Active Products

    Have an option on the Orders Screen in the Search Orders Section to pick only Active Products. Currently, all products EVER entered into 1ShoppingCart show up in the Product List. So, if you've ever entered a product more than once or saved a slightly different product with the same name it shows up multiple times. I was told this is because even if we delete the product it still shows up in this list. So, either we need an option to remove un-active products or it needs to default to only active products. Thanks!

  5. Client's IP Address

    1SC should be passing the Client's IP address to the gateway so we can confirm if they are actually in the country the credit card is based out of. This is very important for security reasons.

  6. Shipping Notification Scheduler

    I would like the ability to schedule the shipping notification email for hours or days after I enter and save the tracking information in 1SC.

    I do most packaging at the end of the day and don't turn packages over to FedEx until the following morning. Because of this the tracking number is typically not active until FedEx scans the package.

    Right now I have to set a reminder to go into 1SC and send the tracking info. Having the ability to schedule for this for 12 hours or 2 days after I save the tracking info would be great!

  7. Display the Capture Date for Delayed Capture Orders

    On depayed capture orders, they system does not display the Capture date. This data is sent from the payment gateway when the capture occurs so it makes sense that you would display it. For those of us that use delayed capture it would really help.

  8. Added a confirmation request when deleting orders

    A confirmation request on deletion of orders from orders > regular orders page, would be helpful since deleted orders cannot be restored, only exported and exporting does not provide ALL of the order information.

  9. 2D Barcode option

    Produce a receipt with a unique barcode for each order that the purchaser can print and bring and have scanned as secure proof of purchase.

  10. Capture by group vs individually

    when separating the authorize and capture into the gateway, should be able to capture multiple orders all at once - in a group, not just one at a time.

  11. Include a "Void Transaction" Button on Payment Details Page (to void authorized orders) Saves time!

    Would you PLEASE do me a BIG FAVOR and ad a "VOID Transaction" link on the Order Details page? This will save me a HUGE amount of time! I only "authorize" customer orders initially, but do not "charge" their cards until their orders are actually shipped (to avoid chargebacks). Every day I end up "VOIDING" 1 to 2 of these authorizations (the customer changes his mind, etc). To "VOID" an authorization, I have to LEAVE 1shopping cart, and go "manually" into the Chase Paymentech Orbital Gateway, then highlight the transaction, then click "VOID".   12. When searching for orders, you should be able to select more than one product at a time

    I want to run order report details, but the drop down list only allows one product at a time. Multiple products should be select-able. or be able to select a category instead of individual products.

  14. "Free Trial" Registrations Should Validate Credit Card Before Accepting Purchase

    The "Free Trial" 1SC option when taking credit cards does NOT attempt to validate the credit card in any way, even if the incorrect number of digits on the credit card are entered, let alone whether it's a valid card. (I'm using Authorizenet as the Gateway.)

    This means an enormous percentage of "free trial" registrations will be declined when a later recurring charge is attempted, which is a nightmare.

    I've previously used a custom order script that did validate $0 charges (by running an "Auth Only" to Authorizenet, so I know it can be done. Not being able to offer…

  15. enable us to search orders for multiple products

    Very often we will offer two payment plans for the same product - we currently have to pull each product separately then combine the reports - how wonderful it would be to be able to pull all orders for an item - full pay and partial pay at the same time!

  17. Coupon through checkout URL

    Is a little tricky to send to the check-out applying a coupon to the order.

    Would be useful to have links like *website*.com/go/index.php?pid=productcode&bn=1&clear=1&coupon=couponcode

    The current steps are:
    Step 1: get the URL for the product add to cart from the links tab of the product.
    Step 2: go to email and marketing>>ad trackers>>create new ad tracker
    Step 3: paste the product link into the destination URL.
    Step 4: after it is created it will show a campaign ID at the top like Campaign ID #Number#

  18. Any other USA users find that packages take longer to get to Canad

    I have addressed this with support who think that it needs to be put up to a vote, so here goes.

    When the 1SC system shows the address it does it incorrectly, it shows the ZIP code below the country name. Speaking with USPS they have told me this could be causing the delay with the 1SC orders getting to Canada.

    Correct way to address mail:
    Name
    Street/Po box/etc
    City
    Province/State
    ZIP CODE
    Country

    1SC Does this, very slight but it is causing issues:
    Name
    Street
    City
    COUNTRY
    then ZIP CODE

  19. Don't like the tabs for orders, tracking, notes.

    If I print an order and the tracking tab is on, I can't see the order. I have to go back to the order, selecet the order tab and print again. Please change it back.

  20. Please allow us to print a "Receipt" instead of an "Invoice"

    The customer receipt I print to include in the package actually reads "Invoice". I keep getting checks in the mail from customers who assume this is an "Invoice" and not a "Receipt". Please, Please, Please allow the option to change the wording on the customer receipt to read "Receipt".
