  1. extra recurring transaction reports

We need more reports for recurring subscriptions such as the number of signup's vs un-subscribes in any given period, how long do they stay a member before ending the subscription etc.

We can work out some of this manually but its a world of pain.

  2. 2nd tier recurring payment

The way we work, we bring people on at a discount price, and then charge them a higher price on the recurring price when there subscription is up.

However, we sometime bring people on with a "part-payment" offer, so they can pay in 4 instalments.

I would like to be able to increase the recurring payment price after a certain there first 4 payments.

So if some one is paying £9 a quarter for the first year, I then want them to pay £19 a quarter the second year.

So a second level of recurring payment would be required.

    I…

  4. Merchant Services requiring proof of policy acceptance on recurring orders in order to contest chargebacks.

Merchant services are now requiring proof of policy acceptance on recurring orders during checkout.

This proof needs to go beyond the basic buyer acceptance box that the cart currently employs where nothing is actually captured and carried to order details area of or any other area where it can be viewed and printed once captured at checkout.

This is necessary as actual proof that the customer checked the box next to terms during checkout and can be shown to merchant services in the event of a chargeback.

Without this function we have no way to contest any future chargebacks on…

  5. Prevent a "past date" from being entered in a "future date" field

One of our customers had an issue with updating their recurring order. The customer needed to update the expiration date for their credit card. The correct expiration year was 2021. The system saved the year as 1921. The customer is quite certain that they did not enter 1921 and they believed that they were only given a two digit option for the year, and that the system defaulted to 1921. This, of course, caused the next transaction to decline, but there was no feedback for the customer to know where the problem was with the information. In reviewing her record…

  6. Allow start date for recurring payments

I set up customized recurring billing for customers for X dollars for X times, AFTER their initial down-payment. It would be great to add a "start date" for the recurring charges. For instance $500 paid without the shopping cart already, $100/mo x 5 months gets set up in recurring billing to start on a certain date.

  7. Hi, is there a way to add the price and product on the expired credit card letter people get? For future improvement?

  8. If a Recurring Product has a "Product Option" with a "Price Adjustment", the price adjustment is only charged the first time around! Why?!

I think there should be a checkbox for the Product Option's Price Adjustment that describes whether or not it is a one-time offer or if it the product option will reoccur along with the regular product itself. Additionally, if the Product Option is a one-time offer, it should not appear on the Invoice/Statement or Order detail at the time of the next recurring cycle.
