alerting customer to state/province entry
When international customers from smaller countries without states/provinces submit an order and leave that box (below country) blank, the order fails to process and they think it is something wrong with their credit card or our system. Please make that box a mandatory entry that alerts the customer (much like an error in entering the e-mail is alerted for the customer to correct). Then the customer could make the proper entry or put -- or n/a in the box. Customers from countries with state/provinces often leave the box blank also. Alerting the customer at the time of submitting the order would definitely improve customer service.
