delete clients using an excell spread sheet created by report export
My client list is getting too large and I want to delete the "dead wood". I exported a list of all transactions in the last 4 years, edited and sorted it to create a list of customers who have not ordered since 2007. I would like to use this list to remove these customers from the 1shoppingcat client database.
The easiest way to accomplish this currently, is:
1. Create a new Autoresponder; call it "Delete Me"
2. Import the list you created to that Autoresponder (they will not have to confirm, nor will they receive any email.
3. Search for all clients assigned to that autoresponder, and delete them.
