system downtime after hours support
I just had my store go down last night (on a Friday) right after business hours. I sent an email, but the 24 hour target for responses has been hit or miss lately. There really needs to be a 24 hour support line to notify you of system outages, even if technical support is closed. It is disheartening to think that I might have my store closed for 60+ hours with no way to get it back up and running.
After hours emergency support is available by emailing email@example.com. Our on-call team will respond to all emergencies within 1 hour.

While our telephone and email support teams are only available during our regular support hours (M - F 10AM to 8PM Est,) we do offer 24 x 7 emergency assistance. You can report any type of emergency to email@example.com and someone from our team will follow-up within an hour or less.
