Please notify customers of problems with site
Recently we have missed dozens of wholesale leads because Solid Cactus did not notify customers that there was a problem with customer lead e-mail notifications. I submitted a ticket to support because I suspected something was wrong because we've had several potential customers call in saying they submitted an information request and never heard back from us. As I suspected, the support tech confirmed there was a problem. Because of Solid Cactus's unprofessional practices, we now look unprofessional to our potential customers.
