Some european customers must have their CVV2 confirmed for reach transaction they make.
Which means if we have a recurring billing, it only works initially, and then they're unable to be charged again through the recurring system.
Please add a CVV2 update field to the update CC info. function and fix the bug that makes it so these people can't get charged again.

I've also been told by European customers they can't be charged without a CVV2. Your "Failed REbill" and "Send CC Info Update Request" generated emails do not offer CVV2 as an update field in those emails.
That means if a european customer wants to change their credit card, the charge won't go through because they can't add CVV2. Please add CVV2 as a field in both of those emails, thanks.
Due to PCI compliance, we are unable to store this code. We can only securely pass it along to your gateway from the original transaction; after this, the gateway itself stores the code for future transactions.
