Fast updates for Sent column on Sent tab of Broadcasts page
Last night I queued a broadcast and it got sent out at 8:21 PM. While waiting for my Gmail to receive the message, I checked 1SC's statistics for the broadcast.
At 10:00 PM all the numbers in 1SC were zero. This made me think the broadcast hadn't been sent, so I was getting ready to send it out again. At 10:10 I finally received the email, and realized that everything was OK.
Except at 11:00 I refreshed the 1SC page, and it still showed zeroes all the way across, for that broadcast.
When an email takes a long time to arrive, that is understandable. And it is also understandable the delivery statistics take a while to collect. BUT why should the Sent statistic get delayed? This user needs to know that a broadcast has been sent, or hasn't, as soon as possible.
By morning the correct statistic showed in the Sent column. But that delay is way too long.
