More customization with reports

We sell hundreds of products through 1sc. It's currently very cumbersome to get the data I need on those products and some data I just cannot get.

The reports are limited. For example, I can only run a sales report based on the number of sales, but not one that includes specific customers. I would like to be able to run a report that allows me to isolate one product OR 1 category of products and have a list of all customers who have purchased that product for any given time frame.
