customer portal usability upgrade
I have had to use the customer portal a lot recently and would find it much more helpful if the replies were threaded so we can keep track of replies sequentially.

I appreciate your email, the cases themselves are listed in order by date, which is fine, but the replies in each individual ticket seem to be represented ni a mish-mash fashion. It is often impossible to find the current comments in there, not to mention having to add a "note" to a reply that is already in there. If is is supposed to work as you say, it does not appear to be.
