We need the unsubscribe area to allow better campaign information.
Currently, if a customer doesn't like our promotional messages 9 times out of 10 the customer opts out of our database entirely. We need a few things to make this more functional.
1. We need a way to describe the current subscriptions the customer is subscibed to. Currently all they see is the autoresponder name.
2. We need a way to categorize the subscriptions so the customer doesn't see each and every autoresponder they are asigned to. If we have several product based autoresponders, we don't want to confuse the customer with a bunch of active subscriptions that are currently irrelevant.
I envision a system that allows each autoresponder created to be placed in a user defined category (ezine, promo, clients, prospects, etc) and then these categories would be what the customer sees, with detailed descriptions, on the unsubscribe page.
