Add some basic CRM facilities
Add some basic CRM facilities such as follow-up dates and next follow-up action.
We also follow-up leads by phone so the availablilty of the above fields with perhaps the option of entering notes would be really helpful
More generally, Contact Manager offers no way to search for the properties of a specific tag or AR. If we could do that, we could assign a LastContact AR to a contact, and then filter for all contacts with a LastContact counter value of, say, 25-35 days. Then, after we deal with that list of people to contact, we could reset the LastContact counter value to 0.
Or fully integrate with Solve360 or Relenta.... this would be extremely POWERFUL....
At least show:
1. Emails sent and communication from customers.
2. Notes area for comments, direct mail sent, and phone calls
3. Ticket system
