Offer Ability to Add Comments When Resending Customer Receipt Email
I would like to be able to add comments when we resend a customer email receipt.
1. To note corrections made to address information in response to customer request--particularly for the common error of choosing the wrong state/province.
2. To let the customer know it is a duplicate of the original receipt so I don't have to send a separate email. (Maybe they lost the original or never received the original.)
3. Just because it would be nice and there may be other reasons I haven't come across.
