Redesign the MOBILE Check out pages to be TRULY mobile comparable and not just shrunk down versions of the desktop pages.
The existing "mobile compatible" check out pages haven't changed since 2009.
1SC mobile checkout pages just don't work for today's web shoppers. The truth is they haven't for years.
Instead of making an easy to use and read page, our mobile page just shrink the desktop version of the checkout page, which is just a usability nightmare.
So I did some testing the last few months with different carts and sold identical products using FB and targeting mobile users.
We split test the traffic via a fb ad campaign. 50% going to 1SC/1AW and 50% going to either competitor A or and competitor B depending on the test.
Buyers were directed to the mobile check out pages on all carts.
Embarrassingly, the 1SC mobile (button cart) checkout pages converted 71% LOWER then either of the other two carts with better mobile checkout pages.
You guys need to fix this asap. We need REAL mobile compatibility for check out pages.
