I have tried to contact you via email and via phone to find out what my user name is. No response via email and Andy on the phone told me I needed to be patient w/you guys and I would receive my user id in about a week. Really hard to figure out the program with a trial version when you can't access it. My idea is to have a way to actually communicate with you guys
