Automatically Place Recurring Order on Hold When Customer Pays in Full on One Click Upsell
We offer access to a monthly membership site (via WishList) for a recurring monthly fee. We like to offer discounted packages as one click upsells that gives the customer BIG savings to pay their monthly fees in advanced and in full, but would like it to place their monthly recurring on hold if they choose the one click upsell.
For example, we charge $47 per month for access to a members area and offer a one click upsell for a one year membership for $197. However, we have to manually place the members recurring charges on hold.
It would be great if there was an option under product management that said if the customer purchased this product, then it would place their recurring on hold for the other product!
