Move the country field to come before the zip code field in the ordering process
Currently when you enter, say, a U.K. postcode, you do it before you change the country field and this causes an error to be shown alongside the field. Non-technical users will often not recognise that changing the country field will resolve this, and they get stuck, meaning the loss of a sale. More importantly, however, I have seen many times that when you change the country field to the U.K., for example, it does not remove the error flag. You need to change the field to another country and then back to the U.K. to get it to clear. This DEFINITELY costs your users business. I have dealt with many complaints form users about your system not accepting their postcode, and for one that mentions it, there will usually be at least 10 that have not...
For whatever reason, your tech support people are not reproducing this bug, yet I have seen it many times. Moving the country field above the postcode field would take the issue clean away. I suspect most of your customers have no clue they are losing business around the world because of this issue.
Yup. its an easy fix - and considering all the advanced stuff that 1SC does - they seem to trip up on the little stuff like this.

yes good call Richard. Totally agree as I live in Australia and know that this bug has freaked out my customers too. You offer an easy solution mate - so c'mon guys 1sc, hop to it please :)

This should be very simple to resolve and make a lot of difference to many 1shoppingcart users, even though they may never recognise it.
