Opt in by list, not universal
Aweber allows us to set the opt-in info for each list we set up ... that's whether we want opt-in turned on and which email address to send notifications to when we have a new subscriber.
This is very handy because we don't always choose to have our prospects opt in. Would love to have this feature added to 1SC!
Michael, it is also a legal issue here in Germany. Imagine this scenario: a customer, who is a confirmed opt-in, wants to be deleted from the system. Then he signs up again in which case he does not have to reconfirm again. Which database does 1SC check whether he was a confirmed opt-in before?

Hooray! I have members who are already confirmed opt-ins. When they get a member only offer to join another autoresponder series as well as the first, why should they have to reconfirm their email, especially if I emailed them about the new offer? Too many emails is annoying.
