Two Payment Plan Every 30 Days?
For those of us who request the customer agree to the Terms of Service, why does the Recurring Module insert on the checkout page the terms of service for a fixed payment schedule as "Every 30 Days"?
I can assure you that customers are concerned and bailing out on the cart because the sales letter states "two payments" and the checkout page shows "$xxx.xx Every 30 Days".
Please insert the number of charges in the Terms and have it state "Every 30 Days" only if the number of charges is left blank for "unlimited".
This would not be a difficult fix. Simply have the software set up to state that customer agrees to...
"1 payment of $100.00 in 30 days" or "4 payments of $25.00 every 30 days"
You already have the variable fields set up for this, just need to tweak it to account for two payments vs more than two payments.
We get customers asking us about this all every single week, which I know means that we are losing sales from potential customers who do not bother to ask.
