Ability to input order details into the autoresponders
We would like to be able to customize our autoresponder further by being able to show the order details within the responder, therefore reconfirming our customer's order.
I agree. Not having this all but cripples the potential and possibilities of the auto-responders. Sending details to fulfillment... reminding customers of their orders... using the order ID to uniquely identify the customer for links back to the site, etc... Given that this request is 4 years old, it must be a decision to not include it. I can't imagine it would be that difficult. And if you cant do order id, at least let us use customer ID. Bottom line is, everything we could use this for requires a unique number attached to a client. We don't have it, and it's RIGHT THERE!!!! please make a merge field for customer ID or order ID. Thanks!
