I found that when you tab down to the state, enter your state, then tab to zipcode, that the page jumps. For instance, the select West Virginia, then tab down to enter the zipcode, after entering the zipcode, the page jumps and the state is now Washington. Customer do not realize it is the wrong state and it doesn't charge them state tax.

Usually when our customers hit the wrong state, it is because they hit the one before or after the right one. A very common check out mistake for our customers.
I would vote on this if I had any left!

I have had several people just this week hit the wrong state in the dropdown menu. It'd be awesome if they could just enter their zip and the rest would automatically appear. Either that, or take out the drop down menu all together. People can more easily just type in their state. I hate the drop downs when I'm checking out.
