  4. On successful rebill, include an option to reset or change autoresponder.

    We have an annually recurring product with an autoresponder set up to remind the customer of the next charge at 11 months. This only works the first year because there is no option to reset the autoresponder after each successfull order.

  6. Member Only Pages

    I would love to see the ability to make member only pages. If you are logged into the store, you'd have access to these pages. It could be used to offer free content, coupons, member podcasts, etc. The key is that there would be additional value for people who choose to register. Right now, the only place to do this is on the portal pages with the top/bottom html customization.

  7. API need product updates

    Need a way to know that a product has been updated. For example, the product could show up in GetProductsList where LimitStartDate uses the modification date instead of the creation date or add a new ModifiedStartDate parameter.

  9. Coupon through checkout URL

    Is a little tricky to send to the check-out applying a coupon to the order.

    Would be useful to have links like *website*.com/go/index.php?pid=productcode&bn=1&clear=1&coupon=couponcode

    The current steps are:
    Step 1: get the URL for the product add to cart from the links tab of the product.
    Step 2: go to email and marketing>>ad trackers>>create new ad tracker
    Step 3: paste the product link into the destination URL.
    Step 4: after it is created it will show a campaign ID at the top like Campaign ID #Number#
    Step 5: then go to products>>coupons and create the coupon and use 901817 as the…

  14. Billing information appears to be tied to the email of the customer. This is stupid.

    We are using our own email to process certain types of orders. When doing this, we saw someone's order change to another entity's order. We then, to test, sent in another email using "Justin Beiber" as the (fake) recipient and biller. The 5 orders from two companies both now showed Justin Beiber as the bill to. This is not acceptable. What if a person/company has a new billing department email? They just loose all their past orders?

  15. warning that the system is about to log out

    Would really appreciate a 2 minute or whatever warning that the system is about to log out. Have lost info and had to redo many times. BTW the timing of logging out is suppose to be 15 minutes but I've had it happen within a few minutes. Anyway thanks!

  17. ASAP: Make the cart page HTTPS because starting in July 2018...

    Please change the cart page to HTTPS because starting in July, Google Chrome will mark all HTTP sites as “not secure.”

    I asked support about this in August of 2017 and this was the answer:

  18. credit card numbers showing up in email confirmation

    Online Support suggests to log in and post question but instead takes you to videos to watch !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    In addition, when I receive email confirmation that an order has been placed, my customer's cc # show up in the Other Information which is set up for customers to enter their UPS/Fed acct # if they want an order shipped NDA OR 2nd day. Email is not secure and no one seems to care that my customer's cc # are now exposed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  20. Allow me to specify order of fields showing in webform-completed notification email to me

    Currently, order of fields in webform notification email comes out in the order in which the fields were created. NOT HELPFUL. That's a garbled arrangement for our purposes of using that data. I've created a backup email notification from the AutoResponder, with fields in my preferred order, but that pulls data from the customer record when all I want is the the data just submitted through the webform. This problem would be solved for me if I could specify the order of the field data on the webform notification email. Thank you.
