  1. Product Based Order Notice Email - Secondary Destination

    It would be very useful if you can provide the "Order Notice - Secondary Email Destination" on product basis.

    This way, we can use a number of different suppliers / drop shippers, and they can be automatically informed of purchases that only relates to their company.

  2. Custom Order Receipts

    Have the ability to create custom receipts that are sent to the customer after they order. This is so that we can send custom branded receipts with our logo, look and feel, and also other things HTML items we would like on the receipt like the ability to arrange the cart and customer information variables how we want them to be displayed.

  3. Option to disable email notification to second tier affiliate

    When we do not want to use second level commission, the affiliates that manage to refer a new affiliate member still get email notification which mention "You will receive commissions from their referrals." This is confusing to some people, please make the option to disable this email available. Thank you.

  5. RE: integration with Aweber: Under SETUP, ORDERS, NOTIFICATIONS, please add a tertiary destination for ORDER NOTICE EMAIL.

    This will allow proper integration into Aweber, without sacrificing the FIRST destination that goes into our email Order folder, and the SECOND destination that gets texted to my phone.

    Better yet... Since some of us sell different products; simply adding "ALL orders" into a particular Aweber List isn't as effective as having the AWESOME ability to have different products go into different lists.

    For example, I'd like to have prospects of my "Free Introductory Package" go into a particular list that will continue to "sell" to them. But I don't want my past and current customers to fall into that…

    Hi,

    If you would like your order notice email to go out to a third destination, you can simply add another email address to the Secondary field. Just make sure to separate the email addresses with a comma and you’re all set.

    It doesn’t address all of your requests with AWeber, but I felt it would still be helpful to get you part way there.

  6. Feature To Send Dispatch Email Notification

    Currently there is only the option to send dispatch email notifications when entering a tracking number.

    We do not send all of our orders tracked so would like an option to send out a generic email to let the customer know their item has shipped. Ideally this should be customisable so that we can indicate delivery times etc. Also should be possible to do in bulk.

  7. Automatic Refund Confirmation Email

    If ,when I refunded a customer, it would send them an automatic confirmation reciept, my life would be alot easier. All it needs to do is list the product that was refunded, the amount, and the date, maybe a confirmation #, who knows, lets get crazy. Seriously, lets get this rollin. It seems like a no brainer to me.

  8. expand order notice email field

    We'd like several on our team to get the primary order notices since that field is the only one getting recurring order notices. Was this an unintended ommision for the upgrade in November? We still need recurring order notices to go to the second destination OR to have the primary order field expanded so that we can have multiple email addresses listed.

  9. Notification on Pending Sale

    I would like to receive an email when someone clicks to put their order through offline, so I know to check and handle it manually.

  10. specify the "multiple autoresponders" subscribed to in the notification emails

    I often have sign-up forms which subscribe someone to multiple autoresponders, but the notification email when someone subscribes just says:
    "You have a new signup for your Multiple Autoresponders Autoresponder."
    with no indication of which autoresponders they were actually subscribed to.

  11. Add explanation to the Error Encountered message

    Currently when someone has already opted in or purchased a product this error message occurs (see below) Can you add a line that says this may be caused because you purchased a product or already opted in? It would save us a lot of time and effort explaining each time it occurs. thanks,:

  12. tracking notice email customization

    Would like to be able to customize the tracking notice email that goes out to clients. E.g., a US customer gets a Canada Post tracking number but doesn't know they can use the same number to track on the US Postal Service website. We should be able to provide that information with appropriate links to enter tracking numbers.

  14. Separate Email for Inventory Tracking Notifications

    I love the inventory tracking feature, but my only suggestion would be to offer a SEPARATE email option that is specifically for Inventory Tracking only. Currently, the only way to receive inventory tracking emails is to fill in the "Order Notice Email - Primary Destination" field on the Setup > Orders page. However, for those of us who receive hundreds of orders, we don't want hundreds of order notifications in our email inbox. So I personally leave this field blank. However, I am told that this field HAS to be filled in to receive the inventory tracking email notifications. These…

    Allow deletion or modification of "Please do not hesitate to call us at 800...." What if we'd prefer customers to email?

  17. email - Subject: Downloading Your Digital Product

    The system sends customers who order digital products an email - Subject; Downloading Your Digital Product. This email contains a link to return to the download page. This is a very good idea BUT with such a generic subject heading our customers report that they either delete this email manually because they don't know what it is, or it ends up marked as Spam.

    Suggestion: Allow us to customize this Subject heading so that our customers will read it.

  19. Send notification of every order

    there must be a flaw in your system because about 1/2 of the orders I am receiving this month (Dec), I am NOT getting an email notification. I can't call to complain or get any kind of customer service because I don't want to pay an extra $10 just to talk to someone about a system error on your part. Fix your problems and also allow the companies that use your system to be able to call for FREE when we are experiencing a problem on YOUR end.

  20. Emails to drop shippers

    Currently if you send a an email when someone processes and order even if they fail, which is set up by me to be sent to my drop shipper, would be nice if there was a way to only send email off to drop shipper on a specific trigger, liked paid. currently failed orders produce email which i have auto sent to drop shipper,
