Not make us have to login for support if we are already logged in to our account
why do we have to re-login to support if we're already logged into the system? Doesn't make sense to me.

Let the users with the ability to cancel online as you let them subscribe online
It would be better if you give the user the possibility to close its account (it cancels order) with you as it is for online registration. If you want to work with users from all countries, avoid the trouble that their have to contact you by phone and expenses that you can not imagine the phone call from some countries to yours. Finally you offer a solution online but you minimize the advantage of forcing the user through a single way to join you by phone that is not the best online solution.

VA Level Subscriptions. Is that possible?
I'd like some info on the possibility of VA subscriptions. Also, it would be great to include in that subscription (or sooner) when I want to get phone support to be able to pay for it myself rather than you charging my client.

User Manual not User Friendly
The basic user manual does not provide even the most basic of information so that we can set up and use easy-web automation with ease.
Basic details published are wrong about page layouts and menus and customer support, while helpful, spend alot of time placing us on hold to go and fnd out the answer to even the most basic questions.

Create How To Videos.
If your help videos were more "how to" you would have less tech calls. Use flow charts or specific examples . i.e. How do I send out an email to all my affiliates that includes their affiliate codes embedded so they can use them immediately.

How to configure Norton 360 and VPN?
If you don’t configure Norton 360’s firewall to allow the VPN, it can inadvertently block the VPN. So to configure the firewall to allow the VPN, you need to follow the steps given below:
• Step 1: Open the Norton 360 software

Can you PLEASE add a section here for compiling a list of known issues and the associated work arounds?
We've had several issues lately that appear to have valid work arounds but it would save us using a ticket if you could post all of the open tickets and workarounds so that we can search them!

Please create a billing plan for Contacts between 10,000 and 25,000
We are currently approaching our 10,000 contact limit. The next level is 25,000 contacts which is double our annual cost for the shopping cart.
We are a small business and growing slowly. I wish you would have increments of 5,000 additional contacts for a more affordable price for a small business.1 vote -

Integrate Support Portal with Members Area
Currently if you are logged in and click Support -> Signup & Login to Support Portal, you have to create a separate login by entering all your contact details and merchant ID.
The Support Portal should be integrated with the members area so that if you're logged into your account and click on Support Portal, you should get access to the support info.
At the very least, there should be a "lost password" link for recovering your password. There currently isn't one.

How to Fix Norton not Scanning Issue
One common issue which the users of Norton antivirus software face are when their software is not scanning properly. When faced with such an issue, the users can easily undertake the below-given steps:

Can I please ask that before any new features or enhancement to the 1SC platform are released, that ALL the accompanying Tutorial/Video also be done AT THE SAME TIME.

sort responses in the support portal by date
We can't identify the most responses from the support techs - we have to go through each one to find out what is the most recent - either add the date/time to the reply window or sort in order so we can find the responses easily please.
Idea also could include nesting responses.
