Added a confirmation request when deleting orders
A confirmation request on deletion of orders from orders > regular orders page, would be helpful since deleted orders cannot be restored, only exported and exporting does not provide ALL of the order information.

Unpaid order alert
I've had cases where the buyer failed to pay, but didn't realize it, or changed his/her mind during payment. If I had the chance to contact the buyer within a short period, I could help them complete the transaction or convince them to buy. However, the system currently only notifies of successful orders.
I propose a feature that notifies the merchant of orders that remain unpaid for a certain number of hours (set by the merchant), to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction.

put the invoices back the way they used to be showing 1 price for the size they ordered.
It's very confusing for the person pulling the order, and for the customer on their receipt when they see the size they ordered with a plus or minus for the cost on a seperate line. I want to see one line with the cost. i.e. 2 oz bottle, Price $xx

2D Barcode option
Produce a receipt with a unique barcode for each order that the purchaser can print and bring and have scanned as secure proof of purchase.

On the Orders Screen - We need to be able to Search by only Active Products
Have an option on the Orders Screen in the Search Orders Section to pick only Active Products. Currently, all products EVER entered into 1ShoppingCart show up in the Product List. So, if you've ever entered a product more than once or saved a slightly different product with the same name it shows up multiple times. I was told this is because even if we delete the product it still shows up in this list. So, either we need an option to remove un-active products or it needs to default to only active products. Thanks!

You need to be able to have the Customer ID and Order Detail on same page
In order to update our customer's Order info in our external system we need to match it up to 1shopping Cart customer id to attach an order id these can not be found in the same place. I don't know why.

Change Bill To: on invoices
Invoices have a Bill to: and Ship to: field. The Bill to: should be something like "paid by". This way the invoice gives more identification that the invoice has already been paid, and who paid it.

undo display change in order printout
You made a change this week showing the name of an option, displaying it and the price increments on separate lines. This looks awful at our end when we print it out: The list gets unnecessarily long (orders now often spill onto a second page); looks messy; and worst, it shows the base price or zero and then an increment dollar amount which is irrelevant there, and confuses employees. Please revert back to what it was, nice and clean and had the same information.

Include a shipping report - It would be nice to see what orders have not shipped.

The ability to create an order for a contact
We would like to be able to call up a contact and create an order using the products for that customer from within FrontPage. This is useful when we need to re-ship an order the customer didn't receive or his order was short or free items as donations, etc.

Current order panel
It would be helpful if the link color of an order would change once it has been viewed or printed. It would reduce the chance of missing orders that have not bben dealt with.

Shipping Notification Scheduler
I would like the ability to schedule the shipping notification email for hours or days after I enter and save the tracking information in 1SC.
I do most packaging at the end of the day and don't turn packages over to FedEx until the following morning. Because of this the tracking number is typically not active until FedEx scans the package.
Right now I have to set a reminder to go into 1SC and send the tracking info. Having the ability to schedule for this for 12 hours or 2 days after I save the tracking info would be great!

My site shows a non-compliant status - I would like to be able to delete previous orders once I print them out

Make new orders BOLD so they stand out. This would make it much easier :)
Like on your email, its easy to see which items are new because they are BOLDED :)

Any other USA users find that packages take longer to get to Canad
I have addressed this with support who think that it needs to be put up to a vote, so here goes.
When the 1SC system shows the address it does it incorrectly, it shows the ZIP code below the country name. Speaking with USPS they have told me this could be causing the delay with the 1SC orders getting to Canada.
Correct way to address mail:
Name
Street/Po box/etc
City
Province/State
ZIP CODE
Country1SC Does this, very slight but it is causing issues:
Name
Street
City
COUNTRY

Don't like the tabs for orders, tracking, notes.
If I print an order and the tracking tab is on, I can't see the order. I have to go back to the order, selecet the order tab and print again. Please change it back.

archiving
I used to be able to hit archive, and the order no longer showed up as an active/open order. Now I have to hit archive several times for it to disappear.

Printing Multiple Order Detail Pages
It sure would be nice if the software team could now implement prininting of multiple order detail pages by selecting the ones you want and clicking print. They have made this an option for the invoice along with the packaging slip but the order details page is what we keep on file.
