Currently the label options only allow for US sized labels. These specific sizes don't appear to be available in the UK. Please add some regular address sized label options for UK users.2 votes
Would you PLEASE do me a BIG FAVOR and ad a "VOID Transaction" link on the Order Details page? This will save me a HUGE amount of time! I only "authorize" customer orders initially, but do not "charge" their cards until their orders are actually shipped (to avoid chargebacks). Every day I end up "VOIDING" 1 to 2 of these authorizations (the customer changes his mind, etc). To "VOID" an authorization, I have to LEAVE 1shopping cart, and go "manually" into the Chase Paymentech Orbital Gateway, then highlight the transaction, then click "VOID". This releases the funds back to the customer. As you can imaging, this is a huge waste of my time every day. I can't see why 1shopping cart couldn't just create a simple "VOID" transaction button of some sort. It's function would be very similar to the "REFUND" button, but of course it is just VOIDING an authorization -- and passing this command through to the Chase Paymentech Gateway.
PRETTY PLEASE? Would you PLEASE ad a "VOID Authorization" button?
This could go on the "Charge Status" line. Or ANYWHERE else you wanted to put it.

fix the invoice columns so you can have long descriptions and your invoice still prints and looks ok
Allow for long product descriptions to properly wrap in the description column without affecting the qunaity and the price columns so the invoice is readable to the average human being. Currently the system doesn't support properly long product descriptions.4 votes
In the Orders page, it would be helpful to have an Item Ordered column so that we could know at a glance which products are currently moving. The Charge Status column is useless info on that particular "summary" page.2 votes
On Manage Products page, as a reminder I want to flag products I've set with Quantity Discount rule.
Currently, products with discount rules are indistinguishable from those without.2 votes

New Feature Request: When you are in the manage product pages it would be nice to have a column showing the items currently on sale and the sale price. This would speed up the process of changing sale prices when you have hundreds of products for sale.6 votes
Customers frequently input items, addresses, sizes or other options incorrectly, they call or email us to let us know of the needed changes, which we update in our separate system. But the automatic replies they receive from the cart still shows the incorrect order info. This confuses customers. We do not want to make them completely resubmit a new order. The ability to manually change the info in the cart would help tremendously.95 votes
Would like to be able to export labels to my dymo labelwriter without having to cut and paste from an invoice - AND, keep my header on the shipping label (which is my logo graphic, and return address). Right now we lose all existing headers when we export to labels.2 votes
Currently there is no way to combine customer orders from mutlple customer email addresses. If the email address is mistyped and confirmed and an order placed, it is tied to that address. If you try to correct it, you get a message that the correct email address is already in use. There needs to be an override to combine a customer's orders.1 vote
Allow a company name to be printed as part of the shipping label when a customer wants an order shipped to their business address rather than home address. I have to handwrite it which looks unprofessional. The complete address is on their invoice/packing slip which makes the shipping label look like I made a mistake. And please make the type larger on the 2 smallest shipping labels. The type is too small and there is plenty of room to make it larger.10 votes
You used to have this feature that could prevent duplicate orders within a month or whatever time frame you deemed. Now, its gone because you say the gateway has that option, but authorize.net does NOT allow you to choose the timeframe. Need this option back, especially when you offer $1 trials for 30 days with reoccuring membership after that...too many people cancelling and coming back in for just $1 becuase duplicates are not caught now.7 votes

Allow for a general "Cart Options" checkbox option for me to have a little "c/o" (or other definable prefix) appear before the "Ship-to Company" name on the Invoice and Packing Slip. Many orders ship to a customer at their company address. Sometimes a customer name and a company name may be impossible to distinguish (though presumably the local carrier should know!) Although this is a very minor suggestion, I think it would help everyone involved with fulfillment and delivery for all-around clarity.1 vote
When I have orders that are paid via paypal or amazon, they generate an order like this:
1234 Any Street
AnyTown, USA 99999
1Shopping Cart generates an order like this:
Name: Customer Name
Address 1: 1234 Any Street
With paypal and amazon, I can just copy and paste the address information into a shipping label. With 1Shopping Cart, I have to retype everything.
It would be much easier if the order just included the address, instead of all the field names.2 votes
A really nice to have feature would be the ability to schedule regular order exports.
For instance, I would like to set up an export to be sent to me each week on Saturday of the weeks orders.
It is a real pain having to do this manually all the time.7 votes
I give out free downloads as products, but these products are also bundled with paid products, so I want to keep them as products. The problem is that a person can put in a fake email address and still get the link on a the download page where they are redirected when the order is placed. I'd like the option to only send those links via email for specified products to avoid fake email addresses.0 votes
I give freebies and other substantial discounts to my customers. It appears, though, that the transaction fee is based on the list price rather than the actual cost of the transaction. If I give away a $100 digital item as an incentive to sign up, it costs me $1 (1%) for each free product I give away. I'd like to see you either clarify that in your marketing materials, or actually base the transaction fee on the transaction total rather than the list.0 votes
When a product is added to a cart a second time, instead of adding to the quantity, it adds a line. It can be confusing to a purchaser and they may inadvertently buy multiple items on accident, especially when filling a large cart. I would prefer to see the quantity increase when an item is added and the same item is already in the cart.0 votes
